Lat week, from 6-8^th of November, the XXII Reunión Nacional de Cirugía, organized by the Spanish Surgeon’s Association, took place in Santander.

This year, the meeting’s motto “Surgery in the 21^st century: humanism and innovation”, put the patient at the core of the surgery’s activity and innovation. The program addressed some state-of-the-art topics such as Robotic Surgery, Major Outpatient Surgery or Major Surgery in elderly patients, while stressing on medical resident’s and trainer’s training.

Cardiolink’s team joined this meeting, and we were reachable at a booth, where some of our surgery medical devices such as the 3D-IPST meshes, the catheter for controlled application of our surgical glue, or the Rutilight® device to locally light up the surgery were shown.
