VITALPACK® EVO
Container for the transport of an organ and its associated samples
The VITALPACK® EVO container is indicated for the packaging, transport and preservation of an organ and its associated samples in cold ischemic storage both in a humid environment (crushed ice between -2°C and 0°C), and in a dry environment (eutectic plates).
Each VITALPACKACK® EVO container is composed of (see image 1):
- 1 transport bag with a large compartment (a) and a small compartment (b)
- 1 Isothermal box with a cover (a) an inner shell (b) and an outer shell (c)
- 4 eutectic plates
- Cushioning system for 2.8-litre Biotainer
- 1 Life sheet (Number of times used)
- 2 Identification and tracking labels

The VITALPACK® EVO container is a medical device in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC and is characterised by:
- Total tracking of its components
- System for checking the number of uses of refrigerating gels and containers
- Designed and guaranteed for 10 uses
- Cold ischemic storage can be achieved with crushed ice. However crushed ice can be avoided thanks to the eutectic gel plates
- 4 pivoting wheels
- Handle with padding for the shoulder
- Inside pocket for patient documents + external pockets for transport documents
- Smooth inner tank compatible with Anios products for easy cleaning of the container
- Accessory compartment dimensions 380 x 165 x 470 mm
- Outer dimensions of the container: 580 x 400 x 550 mm
