First year that we present at the Congress of the SEHH-SETH with the aim of giving to know the benefits that the OX mechanical valve in the aortic position brings to the patient: Lower dose of anticoagulation once past the 3 months of standard treatment, lower risk of bleeding, <60% risk of ET (published in the PROACT study) and, therefore, a life closer to normal with an INR 1.5-2.0.
