TRAUMASTEM®

Traumastem TAF Light is used to stop capillary, venous, and small arterial bleeding as well as in the prevention of bleeding in the early post-operative stage.

Traumastem TAF Light represents a unique product for use in all areas where stoppage of diffuse bleeding is required for instance from resected areas of organ parenchyma, muscles or circumscribed body cavities (for example small pelvis) without complications.

Traumastem TAF Light is indicated for use in general and digestive surgery, plastic surgery, vascular and thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, stomatology and other similar surgical fields. Its wide range of application enables the product to be used in surgeries carried out traditionally or laparoscopically, in robotic surgery, for endoscopic procedures as well as for one-day surgeries.

Traumastem FAM TRIUM is made from multilayer nonwoven fabric. Its structure allows the surgeon to separate a layer of any thickness very easily and precisely and adjust it easily to the application size and thickness needed, which makes it ideal especially for neurosurgical applications.

Other applications include orthopaedics, cardiovascular surgery, haemorrhoidectomy, vascular graft implantation, biopsy, operations of lungs and other parenchymatous organs, gastric resections, liver and gall bladder operations, gynaecologic operations, thyroid and many other operations.

Traumastem POWDER is sterile, resorbable haemostatic powder to stop a capillary bleeding, a bleeding from small surface wounds such as abrasions, minor cuts and lacerations.

Traumastem POWDER provides a fast and effective local haemostasis, usually within 2 minutes; however, the time needed to achieve haemostasis depends on the type of operation and the intensity of bleeding.

Traumastem POWDER is atraumatic and 100% resorbable in the body within 8 days from application without any side effects.
