This week during the 18^th and 19^th of February, the 9th Course on update and training on colorectal surgery in which we collaborate, takes place online.

The course, organized by Hospital de Bellvitge and Hospitall Vall d’Hebrón, will revolve around an update on new technics and treatments in colorectal surgery and proctology, through online lectures and videos led by national and international experts in the field.

The online sessions will be scheduled both days from 5 to 7:30pm. The lectures on Thursday afternoon will mainly focus on proctology videos and techniques, being anal fistulas and fecal incontinence some of the topics which will be discussed. On Friday, the lectures will mainly address updates on colorectal surgery, and a video on the use of surgical glue in robotic ventral rectopexy of a patient suffering a rectal prolapse recurrence will be shown, among others.
